HQIS is proud to celebrate an outstanding achievement at the 2026 NFL Flag International School Tournament, where our students secured an impressive Second Place finish among a highly competitive field of international and bilingual schools. This result also adds to what has been an exceptional year for sports at HQIS.

The tournament brought together talented student-athletes from across the region, attracting large crowds and creating an exciting atmosphere filled with teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship. For HQIS, this achievement is particularly remarkable because it marked the very first organized tournament appearance for our Flag Football team.

Despite being newcomers to the competition, our players demonstrated exceptional commitment, resilience, and skill throughout the event. Match after match, the team showed tremendous growth, working together effectively and embracing every challenge with confidence and enthusiasm. Their dedication on and off the field reflected the values that HQIS strives to instill in all students: perseverance, collaboration, and a willingness to push beyond expectations.
