Primary School - Primary Years Programme (PYP)

In Primary, HQIS students follow the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP), where inquiry-based learning is at the heart of the curriculum. Students explore themes that promote critical thinking, creativity, and global awareness. The PYP Exhibitions allow students to apply their learning through independent projects, showcasing their growth as inquirers and communicators.




We also incorporate Singapore Math, emphasizing problem-solving and conceptual understanding to build strong mathematical foundations. Throughout the program, bilingualism, social-emotional development, and sustainability are woven into daily learning experiences, preparing students to be thoughtful, responsible global citizens.
