The future is unknown, and we cannot predict what kind of challenges our children will face. Nonetheless, our mission is to prepare them now and help them develop problem-solving skills. Whether it's problem-solving or being able to distinguish similar problems and results, what really determines our behavior is our way of thinking. In present-day society, where technologies develop at an unprecedented speed, skills such as logical thinking and reverse thinking play an essential role.

On March 12th, students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 celebrated Pi Day and were engaged in a series of activities and games throughout the day. Students formed groups of 3 or 4 people and received a puzzle made of 9 blank spaces. To obtain the pieces, students had to solve 9 math problems in different stations around the classrooms. The problems were not only purely mathematical. To solve these problems, students had to use logical reasoning and read carefully the questions.

After collecting the 9 pieces and completing the puzzle, they had to solve a final problem: the puzzle itself was actually a math problem! Only those who managed to solve this final problem were awarded a certificate of completion.

The challenge was so exciting, and we strove to be the first team to complete and solve the puzzle! Some problems, especially the fourth one, were particularly tough, but I and my teammates worked together, and we finally solved it! We had so much fun!– Praddy, G4 student
