Our school opened its doors in 1997 with just two classes serving eighteen preschool students. Since then, our student population has steadily increased, and in 2012 HQIS became an International Baccalaureate (IB) World school authorized to teach the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
HQIS Advanced Placement Parent Information Session
All HQIS Parents are invited to come and learn more about our Advanced Placement Program (AP) courses that we offer in our Upper School on Wednesday, Nov 27th from 8:30 – 9:30 am in our Theatre. Parents will learn more about our current AP Program as well as courses you can expect for the 2019-20 Academic Year. Parents will learn about how students can become AP students and will be able to participate in a Q&A with our Curriculum Coordinator Mr. Weiqi Zhang, and our AP Mrs. Min Yoo! We look forward to seeing you there!
